LifePath Paycheck® is a retirement solution from BlackRock, Equitable, and Brighthouse Financial that helps employees turn workplace savings into guaranteed retirement income.

I led the modernization of the application employees use to enroll in the product. Built on a vendor-controlled platform and shared across three companies, the experience had to be seamless, responsive, and accessible while meeting strict technical, regulatory, and brand requirements.

I evaluated the experience end to end, simplified critical workflows, and created clear design guidance that gave the vendor a path to implementation.
